Ajax,
Your chart fulfils WW pattern ,but i am confused about the location of WW ,i have shown Pesavento's 127 % & 162 % levels also confirms your 5th ww. My attached chart also shows Elliot Wave markings of wave,which is contrary to your WW.This is the reason of my confusion.Let us see how this unfolds in the future,better not to take any position. I happen to detect wolf wave on OMAX Auto. (This is bullish set up) Attached is chart with 1 2 3 4 waves marked. 5th wave is expected to start from point 4 and achieve its target as marked (not necessarily in given time frame). S/L is low of point 4. Get in when stock trades above 2-4 trend line even if goes below S/L There is excessive supply of stock and equilibrium between demand & supply will be at price ~129 i.e. point 5 And please do not mix wolf wave and elliot waves. They are two different things. According to Mr. Wolf this pattern develeops when there is imbalance between demand & supply. The equilibrium is achieved when price reaches point 5. If this is indeed a wolfe wave pattern (bullish) stock should rise to 129 ( regards Ajax
