The retail mob is still pretty scared & waiting to exit instead of to buy on a fall... the downtrend is yet safely away for 1st quarter next year IMHO

Hi!

I hope you are right!
I do not like bear markets.
But I need to pass along what my analysis is projecting.
The market can naturally, extend. But until that has a high probability.
Caution, at these levels, is advised.

best regards,

tony

Thank you for following the OEW blog.
Today's action in the States bodes well for the foreign markets.
We should see another continuation of the recent highs in the SENSEX.
Apparently this uptrend is not quite done yet.

Tony,
Thank you sir. your Analysis on sensex is very informative, timely and spot on. In my view there are only two quality blogs on elliott your oew and
vinay verma's blog. vinay has also labled this upmove as fifth of fifth and closed all his long positions. though he expects another wave up on sensex after a correction but as far as this upmove is concerned both of you have
similar views. Thanks for your analysis on sensex.

regards,
spiderman

Hi!
Vinay is a very good EW technician. We've been in contact, on and off, for some time now. It is good that you follow his view as well. He is much closer to the ongoings of the Sensex than I. And, specializes in this market.

best regards,
tony

This might help.

Refer the attached pic. There are 5 major waves in eliott principle and they can be repeated in each of sub waves.

The picture is self explanatory.
