Listen and act, don't ask it, it doesn't oblige
+1 for the above post, sirf ek chis ki khyal rakhna (lighter note) - bekar ki seed waste karte karte kahin a/c blow na ho jaye. Fir baris ayega bhi kuch fayeda nahi. Practice has to be affordable.

Mahashivarathri Live

Modiji is speaking live on the occasion of Mahashivarathri at Isha Yoga Centre Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.

Who is Shiva. Shiva is referred to as Adhi Yoghi in Yogic Lore. It is said Shiva had first taught to his disciples the Saptha Rishis about 15,000 years before on this day.

There is definitely a deep connection between Mind and Yoga. Its not about twisting the body like an exercise. Its about becoming one with the universe.

"Impossible" को
गौर से देखो , वो खुद कहता है
""I m Possible""
Be positive...Be Happy....Belive in yourself.

There are two types of people who will tell you that you cannot make a difference in this world: those who are afraid to try and those who are afraid you will succeed.

I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work. Thomas A. Edison
Thomas A. Edison points out how significantly our own attitude towards failure influences our thinking and behavior. He encourages us not to think of ourselves as losers just because we have failed countless times. Instead, Edison highlights the importance of perseverance. Just imagine what had happened if Edison had only tried 999 times until he gave up: he would not have invented the first commercially viable light bulb.

Not really to take away any credit from Snake.Head's post. But two things came up to my mind.

1) "the monk who sold his Ferrari" guy says you need to atleast put 10,000 hours to develop a skill. I am not saying that you will be a successful trader but you will have the basic skill.

2) When a famous sitar master plays a note which he practiced several times in order strike the notes that fast and in an accurate timing, brain signals are of no use. The signal actual comes from the spinal chord because there is not that much time available for receiving signals from brain.

Ever wonder why you trade certain setup every time even when one part of your mind says "don't trade". But memory (karma) remembers you had a good profit some X number of minutes ago

This photo won the award for best photo and led the photographer into depression.

The Cheetahs chased a mother deer and her 2 fawns (baby deers), the mother could’ve easily outrun Cheetahs but instead she offered herself to Cheetahs so that her kids can manage to run to safety.
In the picture she is seen looking at her babies running safely as she is about to get torn into pieces…

She is about to be torn to pieces and she doesn’t look a bit hesitated, that’s mother for you!
