Default Are Brokers Purists, Game Theorists, Occupational Blind Eye turners, Conmen or

Are Brokers (not traders) Purists, Game Theorists, Occupational Blind Eye turners, Conmen or plain simple vanilla flavoured Human Beings - asking more as a soul searching excercize for all of us - traders, investors and the fence sitters. And are investors plain greedy, living in delusions, hoping where there should be no hope and generally decadent.

I have read the Traderji Posts on and another post where how the stock markets work and are moved around & similar points have been alluded to.

I personally wish I were a dog or a cat, even a meek mouse but "the human" certainly not. This is a reflection first and foremost of my own self as I see the number of things that I have done and screwed up in life. But Life has not given up on me yet, for which I am thankful. There are some really sensitive and wonderful people here, reading and gathering this from the posts. I saw a wonderful documentary called Good Night & Good Luck about Media in 1950's America which has been superbly scripted and tersely dialogued and thought that a piece like this should bring home truths to some of us who still seek the same.

Of the things that mould and shape us, money is the most obvious corrupter - either as pure money, or in its avatar of power as today both have become interchangable.

Truth or to seek it is passe. People - spouses, parents, teachers and mentors are also a thing of the past in our dis-enfranchised, mechanical world. All of us are chugging away on a route to more money, consumerism, more superficial rights like being politically correct rather than being compassionate where one high must be followed by a bigger high. Does not matter where it comes from, but have it, we must. Similar to the ups and downs of the stock market cycles.

Some great documentaries are available on www.torrentspy.com. Must see is Future of Food, The Corporation, Born into Brothels, You Can't Be Neutral on a Moving Train, Why We Fight & Orwell Rolls in his Grave. Download them for your kids and spend some time with your kids and teach them that there exists a larger alternative world, away from this rat-race & dog eat dog society that we have created and must take responsibility for.

I know this as I myself have been there and been a part of the fear and the mad rush to have and possess. Satan tempts me, but has not prevailed. I know and feel the larger consciousness around me, have always known about it and feel it also in this "espace".

I have started, scared I am but if all experiences contribute to our collective consciousness, then in my own ways I am doing so as you all are doing too. For some of us who may mis-read my initial opening gambit, I am not saying ill of any one here or anywhere. We are who we are, this is my own self expression regarding my own thoughts. I myself am an investor but hope to be a good trader someday, and be able to assist someone else. Not as a job but as Hiren Bhai would put it, as an mentoring occupation. But the Blind shall not lead and so I must first learn. Guru needed. Only for financial understanding. My soul is firmly entrenched in Prakriti and The Oneness of ALL Life. And it lives a life of its own as Sakshi to what I have done so far, and what I will henceforth do.

I value the frail human side of all of us, but see that there is steel within which if tempered can withstand a lot. We are a nation of Harishchandra's who have become more like the White Men who ruled us. And I am no racist. And I write this for all of us to be better parents, first and foremost, as a pointer and a reminder to my own self. I consider myself already gone. Kabir Das was not much wrong about most things.

Mala pherat jug bhayo, mito na mal ka mel.................
aur
Mati kahe kumbhar se, tu kya ....

Before we are all just a bunch of dust, we must do what we are here for. Hope Hiren Bhai approves this. Await comments from everyone here & also the opportunity to be able to meet in reel life. Pun intended. Is there really a real life, a real world. If there is, need some pointers.

Pranaams & Namaskar.

Jayesh

hello guys,

Did not visit the thread that i had started. Getting around in these waters is not so easy. Value CVs existentialist nausea comment and going through the same pain currently. Been a Kabir fan all my life, and it is finding its place home finally. Must have been mad to have written all that, but then somedays you just wanna write. And so I did. Thanks SGM! Enjoy Abida's Kabir renditions tremendously. Any other link will be thankfully appreciated.

Better would have been to sit and go through all the books nd links on TA and other stuff.

regards to all. enjoy surfing and the computer has taken over my life.
