Hi gents,
This is for new investors afraid of entering options market.
-----------------------------------------------------------
RVLV stands for video based education.Watch the presentations, the movie, learn it all.
If you appreciate my time and effort in this direction, please speak out.
If no positive response, I will stop doing.
Is there any other post using video as support education?
Since I have pressing demands on time, and have more other profitable assignments,I have come to this conclusion.
-----------------------------------------------------------

Watch this video!!!!!

Dear rvlv,

I am a regular follower of your posts. You are doing a lot of research and providing very educative posts and links. Please keep up the good work.

My objservation about video links, most of the links you provided are allowed to view online only, which is not practical all the time. For me, i prefer to download the video and watch it offline. Any work-around?

Thanks & Regards
Siva

Siva,

The video's in the links provided by rvlv are in macromedia flash format. When you view them online, they are downloaded by the browser to a Temporary internet files folder. I'm using windows xp with internet explorer 6, therefore the vids are downloaded to "c:\documents and settings\myusername\local settings\temporary internet files" folder. So now you can search for the ".swf" file in this folder, for the link posted above by rvlv the file name is YC[1].swf (to determine the file name, click on the info button on macromedia flash player, this displays file info and name). ok, once you've got the file, you are free to copy it to any of your folders. To view it conveniently, you can download and install Swiff player which is a free SWF file viewer, get it here: www.globfx.com/products/swfplayer/

Dear rvlv,

What are you here for ? Please do not take me wrong but everybody here (or whatever you do) has a purpose. So, what is your purpose ? e.g. I am here to learn about stock market and ways to make money effectively. Other possible purposes (of other people) could be to go to the next level (these are the experienced pros who have achieved most but still there is a un-quenced quest for learning something new everyday - only 10% achieve the last 10%, and become 100% or near perfect). There are fresh guys who have learnt something and want to show-off as if they have invented something new, some have a hidden agenda of promoting their stock-related business through this forum.... so on and so forth... so, what is your purpose ?

Your psychological requirement is appreciation for the work done... Alright.. nothing wrong... but let me tell you that good work is always appreciated. and it speaks out... U have to give it a little time... Look at the great threads started by people like saint and vvonteru. None of them said anything like this. Recently started thread by kuldeep (streetsmarts) keeps on pouring information without asking anything in return.

A real master works in silence. He needs no feedback. Rather, he does not get elated by +ve feedback nor gets depressed by -ve feedback. He KNOWS what he is doing. :) And I am sure everybody wants to be a master....

Once again I am telling you my friend that please DO NOT take me wrong. By saying things like this, you are wiping out the effect of some of very good articles posted by you.

With regards,

Abhay (AAD)
