Do you like to drive your car only looking in rear view mirror?
--------------------------------------------------------- Would anybody agree with me if I say -I like to drive my car looking only in the rear viw mirror?Nobody agrees with me. When it comes to Investing, people do the thing what said above. They look at past history, and based on that they decide where to invest. So, they choose to drive their car based on what see in the rear view mirror!!!! Look at where the textile, sugar etc were last year and what is happening now.Pharma was doing well but now? The big question is what else do then? 1.IDENTIFY SECTORS WHICH START OUTPERFORMING. 2.INVEST BASED ON RECENT SECTORS PERFORMANCE (WHICH JUST BEGAN OUTPERFORMING.) Big brothers and Institutions get into outperforming sectors, and exit sectors that begin to show signs of weakness. SECTOR ROTATION. Dumb money buys what smart money sells. 90% investors jump to grab what 10% smart investors sell. WOULD YOU STILL LOVE THE REAR VIEW? LOOK AT WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW,AND LOOK AT WHAT IS IN FRONT OF YOU!! Thanks to Rameshbabu Velidi of gsnindia.com for above item. |
