A Perfectionist?

Executed three excellent trades. Close the station.

Came back from a hectic job, took a position, against trend, no stop.....I know it is difficult to sleep tonight.

I would like to share my pain, it happens at times...off course occasionally.
Do I think as a perfectionist? Do I expect only good trades? Wondering what....

Maybe the CONFIDENCE has crossed the thin line after few great trades and stepped into the zone of OVER-CONFIDENCE.
Maybe, you forgot to take off your other cap and wear the cap of Trader, when u switched on the terminal. Generally some kind of routine/steps are suggested to do before starting to trade. It could be as simple as listening to a tune, seeing a picture, reading few lines etc.. that will pass the message to yr brain that it is time to trade. Sounds absurd.. but that helps in brininging our mind into the zone. Remember seeing olympic runner before the race start, great bowler ready to deliver the first ball of the match, great batsman getting ready to face the first bowl.. etc.

If you wear the right hat, then IMO, your perfectionsim will be taken care of. Implement your perfectionsim in "Executing each trade, perfectly". Only novice trader expects and think about P&L from the trade. Pros focus on executing it right.. and then let probability of system and market take care of the result. Anyway, we have no control on the result. We can just place our stop and target orders.

Happy Trading

Care to share the charts???:)
Don't care. But there is nothing fishy...I was holding a position which any fool on earth will not...against a strong trend...that is what troubles me.
