Hmmm
Only a fresher can think to join at such a meager pay structure; I wish I had known about this firm 5 years back. Anyways best of luck to you

Capstone has a bit different remuneration structure as compared to other companies. It pays a salary of Rs. 8030/- and a payout of 70% of profits. 40% of the variable component is paid after 3 months and the remaining 30% is paid after 18 months.

But the catch is that the salary of Rs. 8030/- is recoverable from payout. Further, Brokerage and Software charges are also deducted from the payout.

Further, the above remuneration structure is applicable only when you are taken on payroll, after clearing the training stage, which usually has a duration of 3-6 months. Till then you are paid a stipend of something around Rs. 3000/-.

Moreover, the company provides free pick-and-drop facility and free food at office.
Dear Anirudh,

Summary of my understanding is Capstone pays every thing from the payouts.

1.Free food and transportation.
2.Takes 30% the profits made.
3.Brokerage - so no flat brokerage :(.
4.What is sw charges ?
5.Again 40% of profit made is paid after three months :D and remaining 30% after 18 months.

If at all one makes profits one has to wait for the 40% of the salary for three months and remaining 30% for 18 months :D.

Effectively money will be with them.

Anirudh are you sure that you have made a right decision of quitting TCS .
4.5 L and TCS is famous for onsite chances.

Companies like Futures First - Salary 45 K and remaining 45K as bonus and corporate like office and highly sophisticated sw's.
And one can trade Nifty/Crude Oil and other commodities day time.

1) -- What about the Capital given for trading ?
2) -- Indices or Equities ?
3) -- How typing speed will improve the trading performance ?

I must say you have taken a risky decision.
Any how wish you good luck and may the markets show you the light.

yeah man... these ppl r killing traders. last march, when i thought of getting something like this, that guy in hyd wants to keep 50% of profits to himself, and is ready to pay me 12000 PM while i work there both as dealer and trader. Traders are having a tough time. Indian public should understand that trading is not gambling, its a science of markets and trading profession needs to be given due respect it deserves.

Reminds me of boiler room. But if the setup is good, and you have good mentors .. nuthing like it.. people spend years doing useless phd with similiar stipends.. and they done even get free pickup and drop and food.

Dont get discouraged by comments.. Take the plunge.. This business is all about being in right place... So evaluate if this is right place from perspective of learning and not money.

TCS will give u 4.5L and may increase it by 10% year on year.. here is your chance to define your own month on month destiny..

Good Luck..
