Nitin sir,
I neither have the knowledge nor experience of introducing new concepts.
I m quite inspired by your and TraderRavi sir's trading diary actually.
I want to post my real trades using the above concepts.
thanks
plz remove that "sir" in front of my name, just Nitin is enough.
I have really nothing to teach, what I have learnt is from here "traderji".
actually I am struggling with "defining a system". Because whatever I trade, I post, in diff threads, is a visual analysis of that scrip (some times with help of indicators), I am struggling with entry and exit rules with my system(visual analysis). so there is no system with me, no rule(s) with me , and I cant be "sir". Sir = Guruji'.

Guruji's = ANIL TRIVEDI sir, ST sir, Amit Ji, SHUBHDIP sir, Pratap, VIKAAS, XRAY, Manoj Borole and many others.
Yes, trading diary helps a lot !

nitin ji, since last week I observed ur mcx trades. when almost everyone goes to bed, we r still glued to pc.
I feel ur visual analysis and my vwap+pivot concept gave similar entry signals. the difference is u have the experience and confidence to execute the trade, whereas I was full of fear, anxious and all other psychological and disciplinary issues.

That's definitely true in my case as well. I entered into trading in year 2011,sometime in Jan I think. so actually its my 5th year now..
1st yr I traded with icicidirect paying brokerage as high as 0.075% for intraday:mad::mad:
That year was the highest loss I faced. I wish I would have joined traderji in 2011.
Then I spent hell lot of time reading many many books, including indian authors. few books I found useful, but could not implement those ideas in trading. Only thing which I implemented was proper Risk management principles.
I think that's the reason I have money in account till now, OR I was tooo scared to trade and thus my account was saved

Last 3 yrs was also spent in extensive coding afl and backtesting many indicators. It was quite tough for me coming from non programming background.
That's the reason now I m addicted to amibroker, even though pi is very good platform.
So, in my opinion real trading can only be learnt, if someone teaches, like in this forum. Reading books is not enough at all
Traderji is really a boon for the entire indian trading community.:clapping::clap:
thanks

A bit of risk management…
Propsed Initial Capital = rs 20,000

Risk per trade = 0.5% * 20,000 = 100 rs

Max loss limit/day = 2% *20000 =400rs

Weekly target = 4%*20000 = 800rs

Risk:Reward = in case of trend, only trail sl, No R:R , adds wherever applicable
in sideways/range - 1:1 or 1:2, depending on location of vwap and sd bands

I am supposed to start as beginner level 1, but I m modifying:D , the rule to start as Intermediate level no.5.

My sincere request to all (including the silent spectators) those who follow pivot method, to post their trades(real/paper trades) with charts even if it is a loosing trade.

Disclaimer : I m not teacher of the above concepts, so any genuine doubts about the method must be addressed to the original Authors in their thread.
thanks
