seems you have lost a lot in market in the name of training so you see every firm from the same point of view
They are hiring for Russian and US equity market without a single rupee deposit from trader and many are trading with them including me

What do these firm do exactly? And how general public is connected to them?

They hire the traders to work for them and give u money to trade and u will be sharing ur profits wit them , how much that will b decided by cmpny
