I am a software engineer. I have developed a software for automated trading in ODIN (Automated placing, cancelling and modifying orders on predefined strategy in real time). I want to know the legality of this software. Please help me

Hi

Its ILLEGAL FOR SURE. You need to get your software tested and approved from respective Stock exchange. Both NSE and BSE. Once they approve and give you a green signal only then you can go any further.

Get their approval first and that is a MUST.

Please be informed that all software vendors for trading follow the above mentioned process.
