CPFA Certification by NISM

Hi,
I was looking for courses to Enhance my knowledge about the Financial Markets and Also to side by side Gain a Certification.

I then stumbled upon the CPFA Certification by NISM.

Any kind of information about it would be great especially from people who have given the Exam.

Benefits of this Certification, How good is it to have it on your Resume than any other.

Any other suggestions.
