Congratulations on a wonderful career!

In these days of cut-throat competition in the broking business, it is important to walk the exta mile when it comes to customer service.

There are people who don't mind extra brokerage, but want someone trustworthy to talk to when it comes to their money. It is about networking. I'am sure you have a very big network by now.

Since, your profile involved interacting with people, i'd suggest you become a marketing manger for a broking house or an independent sub-broker offer a wide range of investment products - right from insurance to investing in equity, commodities and currencies. I'd prefer the latter, coz you can have some freedom about the products you offer, whereas working for a company/firm narrows you down to a single line.

with such extensive experience, you may like to get into Financial Planning

sub-brokers, RM jobs will shrink in any case... as more and more people switch to online trading

Learn the tricks of the trade and work for yourself.
Empower yourself i say.
Why do something for someone when you can do it for yourself.
There will be more conviction in it than anything.

Think about it.
