There is no company registered in US of A by this name.Hence clarify following points...
Names of promoters of US company.
Address of registered office in USA.
Details of relevant senctions of US fed and RBI.
Working capital and turn over of parent company.
Names of promoters of Indian subsidiary.
Number of traders active in US at present.
Number of traders active in Ahmedabad at present.
T & C of your employment.
T & C offered to other traders if any.
Is company premise in Ahmedabad rented?
Do you have power back up and stable internet connections at your office required for professional company?
Do you have in house IT team to look after network?
Working capital and turn over of Indian subsidiary.
Reason for not having proper training material and ambiguity in length of training.

I didn't see Mr. Shah having responded to your queries Bro, so does it mean he was faking it and as an inference, was it a fraud/scam that he was trying to run. If that's true, then full credit to your incisive inquisitiveness that saved people time and energy.
