What are the prospectus for a fresher in share market like me.

Which module of NCFM exam i have to take to work as a dealer.

What could be the average salary.

I am a middle aged trader having 3 year experience in trading equity and derivative and a self taught technical analyst(traderji.com was a tremendous help) having fair amount of success .presently I am stationed at Orissa (Bhubaneswar ).Intersted in taking up a job in a good broking company in Mumbai or Pune.I would love the exposure.

I am a qualified company secretary with basic degree in Science and have passed 3 module of NCFM.(capital market,derivative and mutual fund ).
