globalserver data issue

I am a newbie in trading and have just set up my trading platform with IB -> metaserver -> and then globalserver to collect data for both advance get RT and TS 8.4 via Owndata. I noticed there is discrepancy between the exchange traded time and local time (former leading by 1 hour). My time zone is GMT-5 with daytime savings on (updated Windows XP setting) and I have set up daylight savings for Globalserver as well.
What have I missed?
