Help with the charting software

#1
Hello everyone ,

I have been following the markets for about a year now . Just learning the ropes as of now . I require a reliable technical analysis and charting platform similar to MT4 but for Indian markets

After trying all the MT4 vendors available here I have found that they do not have real volume for Indian equities and futures ( all they have is some averaged out gibberish )

Also I have tried amibroker with gfdl data feed , It is too cumbersome for what it is and charting is not simplistic as with mt4 ( it is very good for getting various indicators on the chart and customization with coding etc , but that is not what I am looking for ) . Also I cannot simply zoom in and out of the time frames with ease like with mt4 as the the data they provide for intraday is not exhaustive

Moving on I have tried zerodha pi also ( was eagerly waiting for it ) but it turned out to be a disappointment . The data is there but a very simple thing like crosshair cursor and adding simple lines and Fibonacci lines are just too cumbersome , in short the whole experience is not fluid and it lacks very basic steps .

TLDR - please suggest me a simple charting platform like mt4 or mt4 with reliable a data source ( I just need correct volumes for various intraday and daily candles ) . Any help is really appreciated

Amibroker is fine if you get used to it other than that you can try Ninja trader with gdfl.

Suggest check out Trade Tiger from Sharekhan. If you spend time looking at the charting functions, you will find it to have most of the features you have stated (though have not used MT4 so cannot compare to that) including :

Multiple charts in one screen : 4+
4+ different scripts or multiple TF, indicator setting charts in one screen.
1 click update of 4+ charts.
Easy templates available for quick retrival of standard chart setting.
Easy to use and navigate.
Multiple TF's 1/3/5/10/15/30/240 etc and customizable for 30 day intraday data.
Daily/weekly charting for upto 3 years.
Standard sets of indicators available + customizable to an extent.
Popup trade alerts at set levels etc.

This is what , I require more than 30 days throwback with intraday data . Also sharekhan did cross my mind but it would mean opening up another trading account with them also .

Which again is no big deal if the charting software is worth it :)

ok thankyou , looking at esignal . Its more expensive than all the others but if its good then worth a try maybe
Its expensive yes, but worth the money. Everything works as expected. There is simply no competition with it. Nothing even comes close it and i have tried pretty much every charting package and every feed out there. I only wish they reduced the price to half of what it is now.
