Which technical analysis software would you recommend for learning phase?

I am interested to learn technical analysis and build my confidence with paper trade.

Which software would you recommend for learning purpose? All the softwares that I can see are professional ones, with huge costs...

Else if anybody can show me how to get the data for the last year, I can build my own tool.
