Thank you for the effort. After downloading from the link yesterday, I noticed that, there are no folders in the zip file. There are 16 doc files individually listed and some 15 tmp (temp) files appearing. Probably these temp files are hidden in ur pc (u can view this in explorer by Tools>>Folder Options>>. View-tab>>Show hidden files and folder. Please download the zip files yourself and u can see them. Ofcourse it is not a problem for me, as I have cleaned it up and using. I wanted to mention here as you are unable to send it by mail to some members. The problem may be due to this temp files. If u know this method to clean the folder please ignore this... U can clean the folder by selecting all files in the folder (press ctrl + A), Then deselect the required files by pressing & holding Ctrl and click on the needed files, now your required files are deselected, in this condition press delete to delete unwanted (incl hidden) files. Now ur folder should be clean & u can send this to members if needed by mail. Regards Chachi

The temp files that chachi has mentioned in the above post are in the 01 Intro folder. After deleting the hidden/temp files and again zipping all the folders would bring down the size of file by 1/2. But there are temp word files in what you have uploaded. And they are quite a lot of them. These files are created when you work on word. These files are hidden and add upto size. I checked 02 Trends folder. Have attached a screen shots for the same. Now, how can you see weather you have these temp files? Here I am assuming you are using winXP. Its same in winMe too. Open explorer. Go to Tools>>Folder Options>> Then in the window that pop up, choose the View tab, and a bit down in the list files, you will see an option for Hidden files and folders. By default, "Do not show hidden files and folders" is selected. Choose the one that says "Show hidden files and folders". And then you will be able to see those hidden files, those temp word files, which chachi and Sanjay have pointed out. In case you are using some other version of window, you may get the folder option under the View sub menu. Hope this helps. Best Regards Coool. PS. Only the 02 trends folder had those hidden files.
