Hey Aca Trader,...

Nice work buddy,.. But one thing i want to know ,.. Is Diamond pattern a sign of Bearish Trend ?

Example is there in ur chart . see the time period of January - April,.. U will find another diamond there n then FREE FALL .

Hi!

Thanks Darsh. Well, Diamonds are trend reversal patterns. Diamonds can be understood as complex H&S Pattern with a V-shaped neckline. When Diamonds form after an uptrend, We can expect prices to fall while diamonds bottom increase the chance of price going bullish.

yeah ur right ,.. it will definately increase the chances to go bullish if the diamond is being created somewhere in bottom. But in currunt days most of the stocks r over priced. So ,.. it increases the chances to go bearish. The main worry for this market is , its not getting consolidated. So volatality chances r more.
