What is interesting is that patterns is so subjective and there are so many ways of looking at it. Satya sees it as a rectangle. Ashish has drawn it as a sym triangle and on hourly as a rounding bottom or cup with handle in progress( am I right about that ashish).

I am attaching as how I have seen it as......and pls correct me if it gives a diff impression, though I also agree with what you ppl have drawn.

Another thing to notice is inspite of different views, they all are bullish formations if the break out confirms with it too.

What I have seen is a descending Wedge. Now the question is would we see this formation made in a uptrend( which would also confirm its status as a descending Wedge) as it formed just after the fall in May.

Pls find the chart attached.

Do agree with you regarding the pattern, outlook and also that it's a formation in uptrend.

The difference as to pattern we are talking about is the time frame we have selected. We can say that it's a pattern in shorter term within a pattern in the longer term.

Best Regards,
--Ashish

I have bought Aftek Infosys at 63.30. But the share is facing strong resistance at 60 and not moving up above 60.According to me this stocks future prospect is not also good. Will it be able to break the level of 60 and will i be able to see the level mentioned here that is 75?

Hello,

Yes you are correct . The scrip is facing strong resistance at 61-60 range. I think it needs to trade above 61.50 to make the next move. So in between you can hold with a SL of 55 (close). I do not know about the target of 75 but if it moves you can aim for immediate target of 65-70. The scrip seems to have strong support at 57.50 and 54.75. A breakout to upperlevels is more of a possibility. Any way wait for opinion of other members who can give you better advice.

Regards

Saji

Hi,

I think Cummins made a pattern BO today out of a channel ( I am not very familiar with channel breakout so correct me if I am wrong). supported by very good volumes and also breaking the previous all time high of may. All this might support it and give it a further boost up.

A quick follow up on a chart we had studied before. Bajaj Hindustan. It did break out of the sym triangle as identified By Ashish and out of the downward sloping wedge. Now its pulled back to the wedge and might be ready for another run upward.

Attaching both the charts.
