Just yesterday when i was discarding all old indicators/osc found that even now how a modified MACD can give Trading signals.

As MACD's basic zero line is avoided here, but this is derived from a plain vanilla 12 / 26 EMA ,Smoothed.

Dear karthik

Could you please look the AFL for Thomas DeMark Sequential System
on http://www.traderji.com/technical-an...al-system.html

and see the rules required to identify day10,11,12 and13 and and write an AFL to display the same.

Thanks & Regards
ken

So we should assume that in the Quote the No.of Buyers and Sellers has no meaning and should be ignored ?

Hi rVina

Karthik has uploaded the afls and Metastock codes which had to deleted because of the restriction on the space for attachments. He has also included a PDF document containing the excerpts from this thread.

The Link for the 4shared folder is
http://www. 4 s h a r e d.com/dir/7777958/973587e4/Traderji_Stuff.html

Please remove the spaces in the word 4shared..

ken

Total quantity bought and Total quantity sold in real terms is important than what MARKET WATCH indicates. This figures misleads the traders since they create ARTIFICIAL demand/supply.But we are interested in actual demand/supply.
