Dear Soumya,

Thanks a lot for the patterns. I'd just like to ask you how do you search 1000's of stocks for double bottoms or any other pattern formations?

What software do you use ?

Have you written a script to scan for pattern formations?

Hi Soumya,
In Ashok Leyland, GSFC, Jyoti & Taj GVK there was a hint of the start of the climb of the second bottom today. Will need another push upwards to confirm the pattern. What do you think?
Regards
Kuldeep

Are you using Thomas N. Bulkowski's stock chart pattern software, "Patternz"?

Hi Marcus,

one of my friend has build this s/w. it is completely under construction.
at its present form it is too complicated for a non-programmer to find chart pattern by using it.

Confirmation :
price to close above the peak between the valleys. If you don’t wait, there’s a 64% chance that price will continue lower without confirming the double bottom.
Happy Trading,
Soumya
