yes veena u are correct.Buy when the price breaches the resistance line.look for good volume on breakout.Target is around 2700.I think head and shoulder is formed because of falling crude prices.see the attached chart.

As i already told u, buy above the resistance line which is 2350.Dont forget to see the volume when the neck line is breached.As far as stop loss is concerned theoritically stop is placed on the bottom of the right shoulder which is too high. u can put a stop below the resistance line say for eg. 2300.

gm, CAN one advise me on NIFTY pattern expected in the weeks to come. I have got a trade shorting NIFTY@4300. How I can cover it up, if trend reversed continues as on 01Aug08. Any cues pl.

inverted H & S is observed in SAIL 04.08.08 daily chart and long build up in OI. similarly, tata steel has crossed the long term support on daily charts and showing strength. also bank of baroda is showing -ve divergence in RSI on daily charts and on weekly charts, right shoulder of H & S pattern formed is a huge resistance. stock should decline going by technicals.

in good time technicals are ok but in
falling market don't rely on technicals

stay strict to the stop loss is the best mantra.

what about fmgoetze.is it broke out of some pattern.some kind of double bottom.resistance was 60 and it has closed above 60.volume breakout has confirmed the pattern.target should b 70.isnt it?please share ur views
