drawing trendlines

we know downtrend trendline are drawn by joining peak/high points of bearish candles ....

if there is no peak/high of bearish candles ....how do I draw trendlines ?

see this chart ...there is NO high/peak of red candles....only real body ..

this is not an issue with timeframe....because even if you increase timeframe the candleshape wont change.


my problem is red candles in my chart does NOT have high/peak points ...they have formed real body only....hence I'm unable to draw trendline ( because to draw downtrend trendline need high/peak points) .


For reference .... peak/high of candles are like this

Isn't it logical that if something cannot be done with your stated premises, then you either do not attempt to do it, or change the premises?

If a red candle does not have a high wick it means High is same as Open. So join them

Hi pakatil
One reason being different Y-Axis.
But the main reason.
One can see many missing candles in MP's chart, the data he is using, is not perfect.
I think he is using josh utility for data, (as per his posts in josh's thread). If it is so, then either utility is not working properly in his case or there are breaks in his internet connection, because of which he is missing data (candles)

actually his internet connection is down as we can see from the charts there are instances of missing candles.
