new strategy for short term trading .

hello

i suggest a short term but effective trading strategy ,
plot 5o day ema on any chart only nifty and nse f & o stocks .

go long only when price cuts from below and the price do not touch in any way 50 ema

similar for shorts
this is relevant for short term trading .
square up the position immediately if one get 3- 5% results

your stop loss could be 2 %

further the strategy could be adjusted to one's need .

this startegy is useful because it gives small traders ample opportunity to trade .

as there are always these opportunities .

alternatively the trader can go for trailing stop losses .

no back testing done but seen several charts /

the best would be to enter the trade in last 1hr of the day .
here is an example if the stock of nifty clsoed above its 50 day ema yesterday while the ema was still touching the candle of nifty yeasterday . wait till today around last hr of trade one will have the idea of closing ema .
immediately nxt day ie tomorrow we can see a good rise often gapups and a profitable trade .

the study is not mechanical somewhat subjective and needs practice but i believe will work
