starting a new group for trading

hello

i invite that all amateur traders and new learner of tech analysis like me who wants to make money from trading to form a group .
the group should be around 8-10 persons .and they should be interconnected through g talk or yahoo messenger etc .

the group shouldhave divided responsiblities and should focus on let say nifty 50 stocks

the idea is to make money get expertise in technical analysis and trading /

further i have a firm belief that all those who live in small cities like me shall have a place to share their views beliefs .
further the members shall in the evening may share details details about their trade ,

i invite your suggetsions /
for the group members to prosper it is incumbent that they should have working knowledge of ta somewhat trading.
