hi frend
i read varius post on technical analysis, let me share my method of trading i use triple scree method, which i read in alexanders book trading for living. reference was also avilble in other TA books when i want to hold trade for 2 to 4 days first i find out main trend in weekely chart then i look for corrective pull bac in daily chart and trade is entered based on intraday low . i use macd histogram for weekely chart, stochoastic in daily chart , and 2 different moving average in intraday 15 mnt chart, cross overs near low many time yields exellent intarday break outs allowing mental ease when trade is in profit. once trade is in profit trailing stop loss helped me to save my profit. advantage i felt in this method compared to trading in line with weekely chart and daily chart is there my be reversal triggerring stop loss and stop loss is always high. where as in triple screen i observed since we are buying at counter trend or at corrective trend stop loss is always very near by and well manageble. we can afford two trade compared to trading in line with weekely and daily chart with stipulated stop loss as apart of money management/risk management i m posting for experts views and any modification i can implement. with regards rahesh sharma |
