Double Top?

Hi,
on the website NSEGUIDE.com, they say this charts making double top.
I fail to see how. Can anyone please explain?

Dear Friend.
This chart is showing a clear double top at the left of the chart. And the current market is testing this level again and again.
It will be helpful for you to draw a line connecting the two tops at the left of your chart showing "M". then you can understand it better.

In fact I was trying to look for Double Top at the extreme right.... :(
