Historical Data based levels

Hi

Can anybody let me know , is there any formula or thoery or any method, in which we require past 20 weeks or may be more or less than 20 week's OPEN , HIGH , LOW , CLOSE rates of any instrument , so that we can get next day's trading levels, Buy level , sell level , stop loss and targets?

Could be applied for any instrument including currency.

Kindly let me know or can guide me also.
