Rs. 2,00,000 divided by..?

Hi again,

what would be the best way to divide Rs 2,00,000 to buy stocks in different companies/sectors. I mean should i like invest 10% each in 10 companies or 25% each in 4 companies etc..

25,000/- each in 8 companies.

Thanks. Could you please guide me how to begin selecting the stocks.

I am currently planning to check the volume leaders everyday and then look at their macd chart for a crossover. Is this ok? Any suggestions please

I would like to concentrate on stocks between 500~1000 of NIFTY.
I just avoid ITC, HUL,NTPC ...etc because they are almost at the same rates
for last few months.They are good for intraday players.
