And also please help me how set the parameters for the above two .

Can these above Line parameters can be set in a Full Stochastic Line?If so what should be the parameters?

Stochastic is an Oscillator which basically compares the price in a range of 0-100

%K is normally the solid line which sometimes is also referred to as Primary Line and is the actual price oscillator

%D is normally the dotted and sometimes referred to as Secondary Line is the smoothed or evened out line of %K by a certain amount of period which depends on the setting employed

%K=[(C-L)/(H-L)] x 100
C= Today's Close
L= Lowest Low of n (the period selected)
H= Highest High of n (the period selected)

The formula for %D Line is if we consider n is 4

%D = (H4/L4) x 100

Personal opinion is that it is an extremely underrated oscillator and has much to offer to Day & Positional Trader.
