Default Confused About Candle Stick Signals..

Hello Traderji and Seniors

I am very confused about Candle Stick Signals.
sometimes its candle's tail is on upperside and sometime is on
bottom side? I dont know about its signals. if anybody know, please
clarify it.

I am attaching herewith the chart of TVtoday for Today's intraday
