go for an mba finance from a good institiute there'e no age limit and many places give 1 year full time or part time courses. You'll have much better job pospects and future promotion prospects.
If you're looking for a job after CFT or CFA (better prospects imho) dont really meant much without an mba.

well im not a professional councilor but so i dont really know whether cft will help you but you can go for cfa. If you clear CA final and CS i think probably CFA would compliment you.
CA and CS is great please dont misunderstand me but i really think mba finance is the best way ..... most of the large investment banking houses, equity research and portfolio managment depts of banks and FI's its mostly the mba finance guys who have the best prospects
