You don't get realtime quotes in sms afaik

Try these:
Sms stock reliance or quote reliance to 9773300000

or

Get bloomberg mobile (mobile.bloomberg.com) need gprs.

If you want realtime quotes then go to finance.google.com and search via mobile web browser.
