Would someone please be so kind to explain how one could use the square of nine chart for sub penny stocks. The particular stock I am interested in made bottom at .007 and recently topped at .145. Today the stock closed at .04. I am using 7 as the starting point and notice these three prices are on the degree. Did I use the correct starting price? Thanks in advance.
