Looking for refined/better concept than KPL Swing.

Hello All,

One of my most basic indicators used in intra-day pivot based nifty trading is KPL Swing. Have tried various period settings on a 5 min chart and have finally settled down to 9 or 15 period, depending on market conditions.

I was just wondering is there any other indicator which does the same job better than KPL Swing.

I am referring to the highlighted areas in the image attached.

Looking forward to guidance from seniors/experienced traders on this board with regards to the same.
