Its been almost a cultural truth for us to seek wisdom off the West (and sometimes the extreme East by way of Candlesticks) when it comes to Technical Analysis.

With 5000 years of oppression, survival behaviour and humility the Indian DNA, I personally strongly believe has much to contribute to this world by way of its Markets' skills.

If you believe, you have something good, a bit original or an original way of interpreting established indicators, decent presentation skills why not take up the opportunity of showing to the WORLD, what you have got?

I had posted weeks ago about the Association of Technical Market Analysts. Well, we are almost done in giving it the finishing touches. A library is coming up, we are hunting for an office, our web-site is nearing completion and a suitable senior administrator before opening the gates for inviting professional memberships shortly.

In the meantime, I thought of reconnecting with this great community of TA practitioners and traders on Traderji.com to invite interest in doing webcasts and podcasts of some unique contributions or insights many of you can make. We will arrange for those to be recorded, professionally edited and hosted on the website of the Market Technicians Association of the USA where a worldwide traffic of highly acclaimed and sophisticated TA practitioners comes in daily as well as on our upcoming website.

Do write me your thoughts with a brief biograph.

Its time, the world realized India is about more than cheap IT out-sourcing, snake charmers and arcane sciences. The Indian Markets' pro is going to see this decade as his and I believe, you are all going to make that happen. Believe it, do it, see it happen.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

All the best in your endeavour. I have send a PM to you. I think this forum does not permit giving out e-mail ids in posts

Mr. Valiya,

Many thinks for your kind wishes. I would go with forum rules and accept any editing the site-owners or list-masters do to my post.

I am sure, if they find the objectives positive and professional they would allow for any suitable ways of interested talent to communicate their desire to be featured appropriately.

regards,

The joy of having this wonderful opportunity made me totally unaware of the forum rules. I already sent a mail regarding this to your mail id. Like you have written in your post, the objectives discussed here would give a valid reason for the moderators to allow some exemptions.

Any way a mistake is a mistake, I apologize for contacting directly through mail.

Sushil, As I understand, Professional ethics intends that members know the rules and follow them.. without waiting for police/moderator/or ruling body to come and point out the mistake.. and penalise for it.

I agree with Vijay's post above.. and right appraoch would have been to remove your email details from your post..
@vijay, plz edit your reply post as well.. Within tag, u are also mentioning Sushil's mail.

If you have right intention then better to contact Traderji/Moderator and take their permission. In absence of that, In my view, u are violeting the rule of this forum.

Your point is well received and I have removed the email address. Could you please help me by indicating how can i contact the moderator. I tried searching for any suitable link and have not found it. A bit new here, I must admit.

Sushil Kedia,

Very welcome.
It seems quite interesting what you've set out to do.

Kindly contact Traderji if you have any commercial aspect to this venture.
Else, kindly don't post personal info etc.

A good way would be to PM him.

You can also use the link right at the very bottom of the main page: "Contact Us"

All the very best.

AMITBE.

Dear Traderji friends,

Mukul Pal, one of us only, who now lives in Romania for the last few years and has done significant work on his concept of Time Triads and performance cycles is going live on a webinar at the Market Technicians Association tonite at 9:30 p.m. India time under the aegis of the Association of Technical Market Analysts initiative of show-casing Indian talent to the world.

Hope many of you will be there. I am not sure if without a membership of the MTA it can be seen live. So perhaps you would treat this note as only an information of the progress we have begun to make on this front.

Frankly speaking many Technical Analysts have not come forward to be show-cased this way still. If any of you have a compelling thought to present to the world do reach out and I assure we will evaluate and work on it with immediacy to take it forward further.
