Can any one explain this chart........HELP

In the above chart there are three parts
1. 1030Min EMA and 70Min EMA Chart
2. MACD Signal
3. Stoch %K and Stoch %D

I understand the 1st part can anyone please tell me more details about the 2nd and 3rd parts and how can they be used to initiate buy or sell trades.
