Pivot
How can I apply the pivot figures underneath in the Metastock program ? What I mean is, I would like to make a Metastock formula of the figures underneath.
Thanking you in advance. Regards Resistance 3 = High + 2*(Pivot - Low) Resistance 2 = Pivot + (R1 - S1) Resistance 1 = 2 * Pivot - Low Pivot Point = ( High + Close + Low )/3 Support 1 = 2 * Pivot - High Support 2 = Pivot - (R1 - S1) Support 3 = Low - 2*(High - Pivot)

actually, I need this grafik to use in Metastock.. like this...
H = previous day's high L = previous day's low C = previous day's close Pivot Point = (H + L + C)/3 Resistance = 2*PP - L Support = 2*PP - H Previous day's last two hour high = L2HrHigh Previous day's last two hour low = L2HrLow http://www.tradejuice.com/images-emini/pivotpoints.jpg

please tell me how to get all the data for metastock use... though i have this software with me but don't knwo how to use it. for example i just don't know how to get all the price data for a particular scrip. is this kind of data can be downloadable from net and is it paid.... pleasehelp regards

friend,
you can download EOD Data , begening 1994 to date,for all NSE Stocks from nseindia.com/historical data-all for free. Download & save in csv file. Read the DOWNLOADER HELP files- to format & convert into Metastock. Alternatively u can join MYPAISA( a ***** group)- you can download EOD data begning from april 2005. its a very simple to use site. check & try. thanks 4candles p.s: by the way which city are u from (i am from Vijayawada, Andhra.)
