DarvasBox can be effectively used along with MACD,RSI and STOCHS.All the conditions that apply to Oscillators apply to this.RSIs and STOCHS can be used as supporting factors in addition to DarvasBox monitor.Usage of additional indicators like RSI and STOCHS help in Stock Selection. A great stress has to be given to the importance of Stock Selection.Trading takes place Monday to Friday and it is not possible to check every stock and see whether the stock has given breakout.Using Automated software for Stock Selection would be good idea but it is also fraught with too much reliance on Computer systems.So at the end of the discussion one left with the question of what should be the criteria for applying DarvasBox concepts.
We can apply DarvasBox in 3 cases.
1) Use DarvasBox with Volume indicators.The basic tenet of technical analysis says any breakout must be supported with volume.
2) Use other indicatrs and do stock selection and finally use DarvasBox as a deciding tool.
3) Apply DarvasBox condition to stock recommendation given by others(Magazines and Newspapers).
