plz guide me bout formal certification programmes in technical analysis

im new to traderji,plz help me regarding my query
im keenly interested in taking technical analysis as a career but m not able to find out the right way... can u plz suggest me some good institutions or related people from where i can learn this science(technical analysis).

im asking for a certified course which can help me in taking my career one step up. plz give ur suggetions .

it is preferable if i cud do this course in new delhi or around coz i do job and cant permanently move from my place for some time...
