SMR= Smart Money Ratio Indicator

Hello,
I am new to technical ways of trading..i did come across "SMR INDICATOR"
I am not able to understand how does it work & how can it help in understanding the movement of the market.
I request experts & seniors to pl guide on the above subject.

Google showed this info

SMR (Smart Money Ratio) = VIX / PCR

Its nothing but the days closing India VIX level divided by the days near month Nifty put-call ratio .
When SMR >= 60 Then Chances are Market May Bounce back (BULLISH)
When SMR <= 20 Then Chances are Market May Fall (BEARISH)

Respected Sir,
Now that smr was around 10 with Sept. O.I. P/C ratio,smr <20 how to spot market reversal ?

can the seniors give an example how can we calculate the SMR and how is it a usefull indicator and where can it be used most of the time
