Pattern Composition
Most of what I have read about patterns, deal with these individually. I am yet t o find anything that speaks of pattern sequences and interpretation thereof. It might make sense, it might not. There might already be a volume of work done on this and I'd like to know. I feel this might be useful when analysig the bigger picture and/or trend. If the more TA-savvy can enlighten me, I'd be obliged.

you are right, most patterns stand individually, trading based on these patterns is very unreliable since 1 or 2 bars ( even making marvelous patterns ) do not offer that much commitment and can't possibly modify the on going trend............ But, as you mentioned, the sequence or i would call the combination of multiple signals, can provide higher probabilities, clearer view and good trade confidence............. you are welcome to my thread "chart science............." in trading psychology section.............we can discuss such setups there.............. bye
