Hi friend,

technical indicators doesn't tells u the whole story.......

technical indicators are only one part of game named as technical analysis....

before reading abt technical indicators u must try to understand and clear ur concepts of technical analysis......

they only helps u to take ur decision.............

there is a problem while using technical indicators named as "MULTICOLLINEARITY", That is, unknowingly uses same kind of information more than once.

all of the above indicators that has been suggested fall in the same group and mostly provides same information.

to avoid Multicollinearity technical analyst just group indicators in three sections.

depanding upon the situation of mkt/stk indicators are preffered.

Momentum Indicators - Works Best when mkt/stk is in trading range
1.ROC
2.Stochastic
3.RSI
4.CCI
5.William%R
6.StochRSI
7.TRIX
8.ULT
9.Aroon

Trend - Works best when mkt/stk are trending
1.M.A.
2.MACD
3.ATR
4.ADX
5.PPO

Volume
1.Acc/Dist
2.CMF
3.Volume ROC
4.Colume Oscillator
5.Demand Index

I hope u must be benifited from the above little explination

Bye for now
Parvinder Gurjar
6.OBV
7.MFI

I wld suggest to pick ur indicaotrs as per grouping not remdomly from the whole pack of indicaotrs.

I used it in the past ,.. not using now adays ,.. using fibonacci is a great fun and also effective ,.. now i switched over with longer time frame with fibonacci. But in intradays , yes u can predict top n bottom with the ease of fibonacci. Only if u can calculate them right.

If u are working with it. All the best , i really like fibo traders.

Regards,..
