The range formed in balrampur in 15 min ryt after the opening is broken.
A false breakout and the price comes back in range forming a cup. The price heads for other direction. this is how trades can be entered on price behavior.

Not talking about patterns or formations here. just psy. looking at the activity of day traders.
Thrust and consolidation in RNRL (A) is the thrust (B) is the consolidation The size of consolidating candles confirms that they have no significance at all. the big green candles were dominating the day from the beginning and the price did not come down to even take a breather because the traders were not waiting for the lower prices, they were buying whatever available, as one can assume that they probably had targets of upper levels so they did not care about a few paisa's ![]()

Hello all !
thanx for the appreciation ! All of us have read the basics of TA. which we all did at the beginning. we read it and moved on to find some more complicated ways , and if we think that learning more complicated would be more rewarding , it makes senseBut markets will always be the same and we should not ignore what has been awarded as the basics. ![]() The most common stuff is the general behavior of the price. for eg : 1. price making a new high is bullish.........new low is bearish............price failing to make a new high means bulls losing charge........... same for bears. 2. Large participants in the market usually enter at violation of highs and lows ( if u have been trading for a while now, you must have seen it yourself).the big volumes usually appear at new highs or lows ( intraday ). the big volumes show the bigger participation. 3. A violation of high with greater volume shows that more traders are entering the on going trend that is up. The recognition of a combination of these signals can give us gr8 advantage. In the next chart of HDIL, we can see the whole action. HDIL rallied down in morning with the market. A. this is the high made by a pullback rally of the primary bear rally which never got tested again. B. day's low is tested again and the participation at the trigger of low is huge. Bears in charge D. a dull high made and tested by bulls. no one is buying that break. F & G. two recent lows are violated. bears able to make a new low for the day. participation again is huge H. An attempt by the bulls to violate any high failed I. bear rally. ![]() When we not look at these it looks like this.
