Default Knowledge is power...

Dear members,

my name is shiva kumar.

I would like to start this thread to share what I know in market.

I always and strongly believe that market movers and shakers are not FII's MF's or High Network player, Market moves with SMART MONEY. according to me smart money is nothing but Knowledgeable investor's or traders who moves market. Knowledgeable investor could be FII's, MF's or common man like you and/or me! Knowledge can be Technical, Fundamental or News driven analysis anything! How you use you knowledge is most important.

In this I want to share Technical analysis which I know.

I always welcome for valuable feedback and comments.

I trading method is in daily or weeks identify the pattern and trade the pattern with using hourly trading style. I am a position trader and presently I am trading with options.

Today I picked Nifty 4800 PE @ 33 rupees.

THOUGH some from ur part.....but mkts themselves r great shakers.....it is possible 2 shake a stock but impossible 2 shake the entire mkt for A LONG TIME.......knowledge acts in disguise in the mkt....
for over 100yrs....the MKT may have been shaken on blips ,& but it travelled on its course....but in the process , it shaked many a traders , funds , large inds houses....

I am fully with you. Market impossible to shake that's why I always feels one should take position in the trend. Pl. note, we are here to make money. "market is not for fun..." for me it is serious business. I am sure that for everyone too. Market is money making machine! if you are with market then no one will stop you to win that trade. I am sure all are with me in this statement. I lost money when I take position and then start analyzing the direction of my position because I am biased on this! Just because I have taken position, market will not change its direciton. Just because I am long market will not turn its direction! or as I am short it will not start going down. most of my friends including myself experienced this. Why we should ask market to come our side just because I/we have taken the position!

Market is like Elephant. big Elephant, if you start pulling the Elephant to your direction, it look very foolish isn't it? Even we look so childish i this regard. But... if you sit on the Elephant and start riding on it that means where ever the Elephant goes just go along with that then you are King! because very few people get chance to ride the Elephant!

Dear Shiva,

The market model of informed versus uninformed traders, like u have stated, has been long appreciated by quants and technicians alike. It is quite helpful in understanding the market.

Today I have one more interesting chart noticed. it is Tata Steel Ltd. (Tatasteel/500470). today it is 3% up!. looking weak to me. I have posted intraday(60min) and daily chart. if you closely analyze the chart today it is created Hanging man with volumes. with volume @ in hanging man is very bearish. the statement is " those who bought @ this candle will get hanged! ..." as previous candle leg and body is equal with high volume with next candle of hanging man will make the script move bearish!.

Lets watch. one can take short position in tatasteel bellow 825.00 (Daily it should close bellow 825!)

As market is looking weak to me I am more interested in weak scripts, Maruti is looking bullish but I just ignored as it doesn't trade option much secondly as market looking weak so I just passed the script.
