Default My old vs new trading strategy, -



my old trading strategy:-

1. got a buy signal - took a long position,
2. immidiately got a sell signal - time to cut my position & i am out with losses,

my new trading strategy:-

1. got a buy signal - doing nothing,
2. immidiately got a sell signal - taking long position with a percentage basis stop & its working for me,

Does that mean you are able to weed out false signals and buying on dips just before a true uptrend? How about selling? Are you still using something akin to your old strategy to sell (that's safer )?
