good spot thyagu I agree with Colombus But you gotta see RSI in combination with other things like MACD, Histo + Ma's also...

which as I see MA is still not confirming also this move may last till 104/5 after which it should come and test the bottom... but good find, thanks

but keep in mind RSI divergence does not always play out, see tisco...

Hi Czar, Columbus.
Thanks for your comments. As you mentioned it would be best
to have confirmation from other indicators but atleast in this case,
since the 1st target is so close to CMP, I think RSI + a strict SL should
suffice for entering the trade.
BTW even OBV shows up this divergence.

sterlie optical making inverted head and shoulder on daily charts came out from range ...185rs will be stoploss..202 rs is minor resistance ..possible target around 215rs....then 228rs

in falling markets desending trangles ant good buddy, also watch out for rsi remains in 80 zone, ( its been proven rsi in 80 zone is bull market & rsi in bear market,rsi touching 70 and falling), also h & s ( inverted or regular, are turns in to continuation pattern, so it pays to watch out for neck line along with volume ...
no intention to hurt ya long , just cant help by looking at ur dedication to technical analysis

rsi is around 70 but not falling yet..stochastic is also not over bought.... but yes nothing is sure shot....

trade tiger ..it doing well for me but it unable to change daily and weekly chart into 5,30 ,60 min charts....
