good spot thyagu I agree with Colombus But you gotta see RSI in combination with other things like MACD, Histo + Ma's also...
which as I see MA is still not confirming also this move may last till 104/5 after which it should come and test the bottom... but good find, thanks but keep in mind RSI divergence does not always play out, see tisco... Last edited by Czar; 3rd September 2008 at 11:18 PM.

Hi Czar, Columbus.
Thanks for your comments. As you mentioned it would be best to have confirmation from other indicators but atleast in this case, since the 1st target is so close to CMP, I think RSI + a strict SL should suffice for entering the trade. BTW even OBV shows up this divergence. Thyagu

sterlie optical making inverted head and shoulder on daily charts came out from range ...185rs will be stoploss..202 rs is minor resistance ..possible target around 215rs....then 228rs
