Momentum strategies work in all markets if you select the right stock.
Nifty hit a low of 5184 on last Monday. Same day 3 stocks broke out. Last edited by SMART_Trader : 15th January 2008 at 07:53 PM.

Mostly I buy on the day of breakout itself. For that I prepare a watch list and check it during my lunch break at office. If I find some scrips to buy ,I will call my broker and place the order
Here is the watch list for tomorrow

Hi Smart trader,
I just check your post , its very interesting my query is how to take position, if intra-day price move from closing price then should take position or wait & see movement or market direction ? Is all scrip for intra-day best? PLz give suggestion. Thanks. --- Abhishek.
